The basic rules for using the Yota Hub website and platform. Use the site = you agree to these terms.

The Short Version: Be cool. Don't break the law. Don't pretend to be Toyota. We're not affiliated with Toyota Motor Corporation. We're not responsible if you break your own truck or get hurt off-road. The community will be free to join.
By accessing or using theyotahub.com (the "Site") or any service we offer (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
Yota Hub is building a community platform for Toyota truck owners. The Site currently offers:
The full platform — forums, marketplace, AI tools, etc. — is in development. Features described on the Site may change before launch.
If you submit information to the waitlist or create a profile, you agree to:
You agree NOT to:
We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
If you submit content (photos, profile info, build sheets, comments, etc.), you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service.
You're responsible for everything you post. You confirm you have the right to share what you post.
The core community is free to join and will remain free forever. Some power-user features may eventually require a paid subscription. If you sign up for a paid feature, the specific terms (price, billing cycle, refund policy) will be presented at checkout. The current Site does not collect payments.
Yota Hub is an independent community platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., or any official Toyota entity. Names like "Tacoma," "Tundra," "Hilux," "T100," and "TRD" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on the Site only to refer to the vehicles our community owns.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Information shared on the Service — including build sheets, modification suggestions, off-road tips, repair guides, OCR part lookups, and AI-generated content — is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional mechanical, safety, or legal advice. Modifying or repairing your vehicle, driving off-road, or using parts identified through the Service is done entirely at your own risk. Always consult a qualified mechanic and follow manufacturer guidelines.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yota Hub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or vehicle damage — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
The Site links to external content (event websites, news articles, YouTube videos, etc.). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
We may modify, suspend, or end the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify waitlist members by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice when possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Important. These Terms are a simplified, plain-English agreement. They are not a substitute for legal advice. As Yota Hub grows, we'll update them with help from a lawyer.
